![]() ![]() Vados’s weaknesses are similar to the ones that you’ve seen from the enemies on the ship up to this point, so your offensive game plan shouldn’t change very much – use Throné, Osvald, and Temenos to break his shield. Make sure that it’s nighttime when the battle begins to take advantage of Temenos’s passive ability – he’ll inflict several negative status effects on enemies at the start of the battle. Vados is cornered now, so there’s no way out that doesn’t end in a fight. Bringing Hikari and/or Ochette can also help to exploit several weapon weaknesses during the boss fight. Many enemies on the ship are weak to Dagger and Ice attacks, so Throné and Osvald make for good companions here. It won’t take you very long to get through it and find the boss, but we’ve still provided a map below so you don’t miss out on any free items. The ship is a Danger Level 14 area that serves as a sort of mini-dungeon on your way to Vados. Vados then jumps from the second-story balcony and runs over to the Sacred Guard’s ship at the dock. After being exposed, he goes after Hermes, but Crick steps in just in time. It turns out that the culprit is Tap to Reveal – the same person you spoke to back in Chapter 1 in front of the Flamechurch Cathedral. Use Staff attacks to lower his shield points to zero and successfully acquire information. ![]() Use Temenos’s nighttime Path Action, Coerce, on the hooded man standing closest to the stage. Using this logic, Temenos concludes that the next victim will be a dancer – Hermes, the woman who will be dancing at the tavern. Someone is committing these murders in the opposite order of a correct prayer, which would cause a curse. You’ll find books on prayer that explain how to pray properly, or invite curses. Interact with the glowing spots in the room to piece the clues together. Just as Temenos and Crick begin to search the place, we get a scene showing that the head of the Sacred Guard, Captain Kaldena, has just arrived in Canalbrine alongside her bodyguard, Ort, and Deputy Cubaryi.īack at Lucian's house, Temenos will turn on his detective vision to figure out what happened. Upon entering the house, you’ll find that Tap to Reveal, which eliminates him as a suspect in the previous murders. Make your way to Lucian’s house on the west side of town to question him. Temenos then reveals that the apothecary also met with Lucian days before he was murdered. Two guards start accusing Temenos of snooping around, but Tap to Reveal. Speak to the marked townsfolk to get some answers. Make your way over to the commotion in town to find the aftermath of the scene with the hooded man. Temenos is in Canalbrine because Pontiff Jörg met with a man named Lucian here before he was killed. ![]() The murderer recites scripture and mentions Lord Vide, but that’s all we get to see here. This chapter opens up with yet another murder – this time, we see a hooded man stab an apothecary in Canalbrine. ![]()
